Farewell Ceremony for the DP2 Classes
On April 17, a formal end-of-school-year ceremony was held for the DP2 classes. The event began with a concert by Delphine Wartelle and Jan; the farewell was also accompanied by poetry and speeches from students, parents, school administrators, and homeroom teachers. Coordinator Tomasz Mazur’s words reminded everyone that “sometimes at night we look up at the stars and marvel at the vastness of the cosmos; at the fact that there are so many stars out there. But an infinite multitude of precious little things exists in every moment of our lives, right here and now. We just have to notice them and enjoy them…”.
After the ceremonial presentation of diplomas and the tossing of the graduates’ hats, the students received a surprise gift prepared by the teachers under the guidance of Agata Poddębska. Then came the time for personal goodbyes, conversations, and shared memories.
We will miss you. Good luck on your exams… and remember: Quidquid agis, prudenter agas et respice finem!
