We Help!

On Tuesday, September 17, on the day of meetings with parents, at the initiative of the volunteer group and the School Self-Government Council of Polish branches, a baking fair was held at our school. The money collected during the fair paid by parents, students, teachers and administration employees was used to purchase things needed by flood victims. Two days later, we made a purchase in accordance with the list of needs: headlamps, batteries, cleaning products, disposable gloves, water filter kettles and replaceable filters, and many other useful things. Our gifts went to the Głuchołazy commune in the Nysa district in Lower Silesia. We would like to thank everyone who supported us in this action. We collected the amount of PLN 3,413.

We also did not forget about the animals that suffered during the flood. For several days we collected food, blankets, toys and bedding for animals from the Under the Dog Star shelter in Kłodzko, which was completely flooded. We managed to collect about 50 kg of food, lots of sachets and cans for cats and dogs, blankets and toys, for which we are very grateful on behalf of the animals.
