Words on Canvas
Artworks co-created by Marysia Niedziela and Kacper Maciejewski, both members of our student community, are now on display in the school’s building. The exhibition’s opening was held by Tomasz Mazur, the IBDP coordinator, and Julia Łukasiak, the visual arts teacher, on the 10th of October. Afterwards, the two artists presented and discussed their works blending poetry by Kacper and illustrations by Marysia. The aim of their project was to create art that makes poetry and visuals “two hands reaching towards each other to create one another”.(K.M.)

2 SLO was in the TOP 10 of the national 2024 LGBTQ+ Friendly Schools Ranking. The ranking is prepared on the basis of students' votes in a survey from the website maparownosci.pl. The project has been organized on a nationwide scale since 2020 by the GrowSPACE Foundation.
