TEDxYouth@2SLO For the Fourth Time

On March 17, 2023, with the theme “Discovering new perspectives”, the next edition of the TEDxYouth@2SLO conference took place. 15 speakers from our school and other high schools in Warsaw touched on topics from various fields. They wondered how to deal with lies and failures, what the importance of journalistic ethics or fashion is, how mass media and advertising affect us, what the power of judgment or argumentation is, how learning languages ​​affects our identity, and how to function in our world as an autistic person. In addition, they drew attention to the image of a modern human being, their bond with nature, or the issue of eternal life, and the importance of the present moment, which may turn out to be the most important time of trial for humanity. There was also concern about global climate problems and hope to solve them thanks to the potential of quantum technology. Everything was supervised by the organizational team consisting of Antonina S., Julia S., Jakub R. and Patrycja G. The event was held courtesy of the authorities of the Academy of Leon Kozmiński. The organizers would like to thank everyone involved in the conference for their support, and the numerous attendees for participating in the lectures. See you next year at the next edition!
