Reading is Absolutely Necessary
Olga Wróbel, literary critic, author of the book blog “Kurzojady” visited Solec during the literary festival. The author talked about her work as a reviewer, her favorite comics, her passion for searching for descriptions of the social situation in the popular literature of the Polish People’s Republic, her passionate reading of books (up to 300 a year), and the fact that to write well, you need to read a lot. At the end, she concluded that people who write skillfully have a keen mind and the need for constant research.

2 SLO was in the TOP 10 of the national 2024 LGBTQ+ Friendly Schools Ranking. The ranking is prepared on the basis of students' votes in a survey from the website maparownosci.pl. The project has been organized on a nationwide scale since 2020 by the GrowSPACE Foundation.
