It’s Worth Helping
On December 13, headteacher Anna Sobala-Zbroszczyk started a meeting devoted to community service in preDP2 classes, during which students presented voluntary work they had undertaken in groups in various places over the past few months. Each of them worked several hours supporting those in need with their commitment. These included cooperation among others with the Children’s University, with the old people’s home in Chyliczki, with the sensory therapy office Zmysłuś, with the Ochota cultural center, and with the sports club of the Potwory foundation. Students supported caregivers, helped children and the elderly, organized games, sorted clothes and kept order. Giving themselves to others turned out to be a very pleasant and formative experience.
